Specifically designed for use with stroboscope photography to track events on the Air Table. A light emitting diode (L.E.D.) is used with integrated circuitry which allows a short duration flash resulting in pinpoint images on film. This flasher is variable from less than 1 to greater than 40 flashes per second and provides two calibration posts on which to hook up an oscilloscope or a frequency counter. This Blinky operates on a 9V battery.
