May be used with any type of rotator accepting 5/16" diameter shaft. When rotated vertically, the hoops being unrestrained at the top, will elongate horizontally. Can be used to explain the flattening of the earth at the Poles. Hoops are of spring bronze about 23 cm in diameter.
