This kit provides instructional materials which allows open-ended exploration of science concepts in a way that is engaging, exciting, and effective. Kit includes several "demos" that can be done by the whole class or by the teacher for demonstrational purpose. "Demos" include: marshmallow masher - students compress air in a container with marshmallows inside and witness the results; Pascal's pillow - students learn the power of air pressure when they lift a book using a balloon and their lungs; and crushing a can - demonstration on how to crush a can using air pressure. Kit contains DVD and lesson guide. Supports up to five groups of students. Grades 4-9.
