The HI 145 thermometers have been developed for HACCP programs and offer maximum simplicity of use together with high standards of performance.

The durable T-shaped handle fits comfortably in hand, and is ideal for applications where applied force is necessary for insertion, such as with incoming meat inspection and semi-frozen foods. The position of the LCD on top of the meter allows easy reading when used in cooking. The HI 145 series is equipped with the exclusive Cal Check feature.

When the instrument is turned on it performs a self check of its calibration status and displays it on the LCD. HI 145 thermometers even provide for auto-off to extend the battery life. Range: -50.0 to 220.0°C Accuracy: ±0.3°C (-20 to 90°C); ±0.4% (outside)
