As a compact source of high intensity, monochromatic sodium light, the Sodium Vapor Light Source is ideal for nearly all your experiments in polarimetry, interferometry, spectrometry, and refractometry. The lamp provides 4 800 lumens with a highly resolved spectrum at 5889-5895 Angstrom, and features low reversal for protection from black lines in your spectra. This unit comes complete with its own power source, and operates on 110-120 VAC, 60 Hz. The 6-ft. power cord is fused and grounded.
